  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders (Ops, Finance, IT)
  • Awards for top achievement (Presidents Club, Winner's circle, Top 10%)
  • Passion for the world of operations
