Pitch and onboard institutional clients onto Mainstay's platform; expand wallet share
Use portfolio and market insights to identify acquisition and disposition opportunities
Serve as primary escalation point for complex, in-flight deal issues
Act as the voice of the client; influence Product and Data Science to improve the platform
Translate data into actionable insights using Excel and Slides to drive decisions
Bonus: experience with tech-enabled brokerages and SQL data insights

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in SFR brokerage or related transaction sales
Proven track record with sophisticated, scaled operators
Advanced Excel modeling and data fluency to draw strategic conclusions
Able to collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data Science teams
Exceptional presentation skills and senior-client touchpoints
Travel up to 25% of the time
