Machine Learning Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Profile and optimize data loading, gradient compute, and communication to reduce step time.
• Build distributed training pipelines with PyTorch Distributed for scale.
• Develop high-performance GPU kernels in Triton or CUDA.
• Engineer robust data pipelines to maximize training throughput.
• Hybrid/remote option with in-office time at Boston, Pittsburgh, or Las Vegas.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelorrs, Masterrs, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in Python.
• ML Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch.
• ML Knowledge: Experience optimizing ML model execution during training and inference; solid ML concepts.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and data-driven approach.
