Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments, including pickups and deliveries
Track and trace shipments; provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Monitor shipment performance and resolve service failures proactively
Resolve delays, damages, or lost freight promptly
Ensure accurate documentation (bills of lading, POD, inspection documents)
Audit carrier invoices for accuracy and dispute discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in LTL freight, logistics, or transportation operations
Strong understanding of LTL carrier networks, pricing, and service levels
Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Google Workspace
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills; present data to senior leadership clearly
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
