🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; or Associate's with 2 yrs exp; or HS Diploma/GED with 4 yrs exp.
- Experience with service ticketing platforms, shipping software, WMS, and asset control systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, Insight, Fleetio, NetSuite, ShipStation, Envoy.
- Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Understanding OSHA regulations and 5S standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently to meet KPIs.
