- Support shipping, receiving, and asset management for Latitude sites.
- Independently execute daily shipping, receiving, and asset tasks.
- Manage asset lifecycle across Engineering, Operations, and Enterprise Services.
- Receive inventory, create internal SKUs, tag assets, log quantities.
- Process fulfillment: pick/stage orders, package shipments, update records.
- Coordinate international shipments and returns; escalate issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; OR Associate+2 yrs exp; OR HS Diploma/GED+4 yrs exp.
- Experience with service ticketing, shipping software, WMS, and asset control.
- Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Working knowledge of IT assets, hardware components.
- Understanding OSHA regulations and 5S standards.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; self-manage priorities; proficient in Google Workspace.
