Litigation Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the Chief Counsel and LitOps Directors on key initiatives.
• Analyze and report on large, dispersed data sets.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and tracking of client-outreach and evidence-review.
• Assist external vendors with client communications tasks.
• Support the design of client-facing apps, forms, and communications.
• Master firm tools (Salesforce, Twilio, Monday.com, Azure DevOps) and identify improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Structured, analytical thinker with quantitative instincts.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort in fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proficiency with Excel; SQL experience preferred. Bachelor's degree; 1 year of top-tier consulting experience preferred.
