In December 2022 at the Digital Education Awards, we won “Best Digital Learning Product of the Year” and in 2024, Lingoda was included in The Time's list of the 100 best EdTech companies Your tasks as an Affiliate Manager at Lingoda:
Recruiting, building and maintaining a relationship with affiliate partners in Lingoda’s affiliate platform
Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Maintaining the creative units and promotions as well as increasing performance through the affiliate marketing channel
Reporting on the affiliate program activity to Senior Affiliate Manager and Head of Performance
Troubleshooting potential website - or tracking issues and helping affiliates resolve
Validate affiliate transactions to ensure the accuracy of commission payouts
Supporting the Performance Marketing Team in their efforts to increase general campaign performance across channels and platforms and expanding the current digital marketing mix You bring to Lingoda:
2 years of experience managing Affiliate Campaigns and -publishers
Confident use of Affiliate platform and Google Documents, Spreadsheet, and Slides
A strong data-driven analytical understanding and a flair for communicating performance results
Excellent cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with proactive outreach, cold emailing, and virtual meetings with potential partners.
Fluency in English (German skills preferred but not required)
Sales, business development, or account management experience is a plus. What can you expect from Lingoda:
