📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers
  • Own revenue, expansion, retention, and forecast accuracy

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading quota-carrying Account/Sales teams
  • Proven revenue targets achievement and business acumen
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers
  • Experience in staffing/contingent workforce or HR tech (preferred)
  • SaaS and consumption models experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
