  • Own B2C lifecycle program via Braze; plan, execute, and analyze campaigns.
  • Lead B2C lifecycle campaigns; plan, run AB tests, and review results bi-weekly.
  • Support B2B lifecycle via Marketo email, in-product notices, and banners.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Tech, Sales, and Creative.
  • Develop personalized, segmented campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, retention.
  • Define, track, and report lifecycle metrics; translate insights into action.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing experience; 2+ years in Lifecycle Marketing in B2B SaaS/tech.
  • Strong analytics and AB testing experience.
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics; Braze/Marketo preferred.
  • Strong PM and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in cross-functional environments.
