🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in Corporate and contractual Law, antitrust, with in-depth knowledge of restructurings and corporate governance.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Familiarity with equity awards (stock options, RSUs), with prior involvement in related processes being a significant advantage.
- Previous experience with global teams and international communication, with the ability to navigate different cultures and time zones.
- Fluency in English (essential), with daily communication in the language. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Proactive approach and strategic business vision, with the ability to act independently and deliver results.
