🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in L&D or organizational development with strategy and execution.
- Strong consulting and advisory skills; diagnose needs and influence.
- Experience building scalable learning infrastructure (playbooks, toolkits).
- Strong project management and business acumen; manage multiple workstreams.
- Push back on low-priority requests; suggest lighter solutions; collaborative.
- Familiarity with linking development to organizational readiness.
