Learning and Development Manager

📋 Description

• Design and facilitation of live Leadership Development programs
• Influencing and helping other teams to embed leadership development into existing trainings
• Program manage development programs and experiences with enrollment, accountability, and impact measurement
• Manage coaching programs, including vendor management, invoicing, stakeholder alignment, participation and impact measurement
• Design on-demand learning and AI-supported experiences for diverse learning audiences
• Orchestrate alignment across concurrent projects, identifying interdependencies and change impacts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing Leadership Development programs
• Proven track record delivering strategic solutions in fast-paced SaaS environments
• Excellence in instructional design across classroom, on-demand, and self-paced formats
• Facilitate leadership development with expertise in core leadership and management skills
• Experience in learning program management, needs assessments, design, and measuring impact
• Experience managing external vendors and coaches
