  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to grow pipeline with top biotech accounts.
  • Manage all sales stages from qualification to close and hit targets.
  • Hire, develop and optimize the team; execute against a sales plan.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Partner across internal functions to align GTM and collateral.
  • Be the voice of the customer to inform GTM improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales management in data management, workflow SaaS, or tech.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong closing experience through procurement and legal processes.
  • Ability to sell to IT and LOB across biotech.
  • B.S. in Biology/Biochemistry/Genetics or Life Sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus.
