📋 Description

  • Serve as technical lead/designer on coastal, waterfront, and marine projects.
  • Perform coastal calculations and structural analyses for shoreline protection and marine structures.
  • Lead development of construction documents (plans/specs) ensuring compliance with regs/standards.
  • Collaborate with PMs to manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and quality.
  • Identify/implement innovative design technologies and improve standard practices.
  • Support business development with technical approaches and client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience (feasibility/design/CM).
  • Experience with construction documents including plans/specs.
  • Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 15+ years with an engineering consulting firm with emphasis in coastal or environmental.
