- Serve as technical lead/designer on coastal, waterfront, and marine projects.
- Perform coastal calculations and structural analyses for shoreline protection and marine structures.
- Lead development of construction documents (plans/specs) ensuring compliance with regs/standards.
- Collaborate with PMs to manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and quality.
- Identify/implement innovative design technologies and improve standard practices.
- Support business development with technical approaches and client relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience (feasibility/design/CM).
- Experience with construction documents including plans/specs.
- Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years with an engineering consulting firm with emphasis in coastal or environmental.
