Develop construction documents: plans, specs, and technical reports.
Manage projects: scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
Grow NYC waterfront presence: build client relationships and pursue opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Civil, Ocean, or Structural Engineering.
10+ years engineering experience; 7+ years in structural design.
Experience developing construction documents (plans & specs).
Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
