Lead Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the program to decompose monolith into event-driven services
• Drive planning across multiple workstreams: service extraction, data ownership, and event contracts
• Coordinate work across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams
• Facilitate planning rhythms to manage dependencies and unblock teams
• Lead backlog grooming and sequencing for migration work
• Track progress, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or equivalent
• Experience decomposing monoliths into services and modular architectures
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and dependency management
• Lead multi-team programs with significant technical risk
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums or cross-team execution forums
• Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) with backlog management and sprint planning
