🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer.
- 1+ year in technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience building and scaling microservices (RoR, Postgres, Kafka, React, AWS, Sidekiq, GraphQL).
- Experience in Marketing Tech stacks (CRM, CDP, email, SMS, push) and retail context.
- Experience deploying/monitoring on AWS.
- Familiar with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) and IaC (Terraform, CDK).
