📋 Description

• Define and execute roadmap to maximize revenue per session and user.
• Improve form conversion, CTR, and user flows; balance volume and quality.
• Design and build new UI/UX journeys end-to-end with engineering.
• Own the full funnel from engagement through monetization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, design, data, and eng.
• Drive data-driven decisions with tracking, analysis, and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 7+ years in product management, growth or marketplaces with revenue impact.
• UI/UX design and user behavior analysis.
• Data tracking, instrumentation, and experimentation.
• A/B testing/CRO experience required.
• Prioritize and manage multiple parallel workstreams.
