🎯 Requirements

Product design experience with systems thinking and shipping complex workflows.
Experience building or maintaining a design system with patterns and components.
Partner to engineering; comfortable discussing constraints and tradeoffs.
Strong product thinking; help teams focus on the right problems.
Cross-functional collaboration; keep work moving through ambiguity.
Excellent communication; present to internal teams and strategic customers.
