Create equipment specifications and process documentation
Develop and review Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Lead system checkout and start-up for assigned projects
Provide technical leadership to the process-mechanical discipline and oversee project team
Coach and mentor junior and mid-level staff

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
10+ years of engineering experience in process-mechanical or process-related industries
Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% annually
