📋 Description

  • Manage full sales cycle with financial institutions from lead to close.
  • Lead discovery conversations with C-suite and Solution Architects.
  • Apply consultative, solution-selling to map client needs to offerings.
  • Drive APAC revenue growth by meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Identify strategic partnerships to generate leads and accelerate deals.
  • Represent OpenZeppelin at European/global events to build opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise or institutional sales with revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of Web3, digital assets, tokenization; crypto experience a plus.
  • Residency in APAC time zones; Singapore/HK preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationships with C-suite.
  • Established network in financial services or blockchain ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; English and Mandarin fluency.
