📋 Description

• Contributes to a collaborative teaching culture among staff.
• Provides primary caregiving to 1-3 infants with two guides.
• Communicates with leadership, parents, and teachers.
• Observes and records developmental milestones and progress.
• Leads team in accreditations and upholding Ohana standards.
• Ends the day by readying the room for the next morning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and MACTE Montessori certification or RIE training preferred.
• 5+ years in an infant environment.
• Primary caregiving techniques.
• Observation techniques and documentation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
