Lead Hydrogeologist

📋 Description

• Lead technical hydrogeology for projects
• Collaborate with PMs to estimate costs and strategy
• Develop regional hydrogeology approaches for groundwater systems
• Provide leadership on multi-disciplinary projects; manage budgets and schedules
• Develop numerical analysis approaches for groundwater and surface water
• Teach, mentor, and serve as a hydrogeology resource

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ hydrogeology experience; 5+ years field work
• Experience coordinating field programs: aquifer testing, profiling, modeling
• Proven leadership on complex projects; manage budgets and schedules
• Experience integrating hydrogeology with feasibility and alternatives studies
• Experience providing expert witness testimony at environmental hearings
