📋 Description

  • Promote and sell KnowBe4 products to Enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage pipeline for cross-sell and upgrade opportunities.
  • Articulate value of KnowBe4 products to strengthen the human firewall.
  • Identify key decision makers for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Follow up on marketing leads to generate revenue and pipeline.
  • Offer multi-year deals and negotiate pricing to increase ARR.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive, CSMs and Renewal Specialists to grow usage.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years selling to Enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Bachelor degree or higher, desirable.
  • Familiarity with IT/Security/Cybersecurity industry, desirable.
  • Salesforce experience, a plus.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • MS Office (Word/Excel) experience.
  • Experience with Chrome, Internet Explorer and other browsers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Stats-driven business professional.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
