  • Experience designing automated journeys, workflows, and digital programs
  • Comfortable with AI-driven tooling in customer contexts
  • Strong analytical skills; dashboards, KPIs, insights from multi-source data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations/IS/Analytics or related field

🎁 Benefits

  • Base pay range for US: $152,000 – $228,000 USD
