  • Own end-to-end lead, account, and PQL lifecycle across enterprise and PLG motions.
  • Design scalable funnel and handoffs with Sales Ops and RevOps.
  • Own the marketing automation platform and its core integrations (Salesforce, web).
  • Monitor funnel performance; diagnose issues; implement improvements.
  • Embed AI/automation into core workflows: scoring, routing, enrichment, forecasting.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data for attribution, reporting, and experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations for Marketing.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRMs, and stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, 6Sense).
  • Proven architecting and scaling lifecycle management across GTM (lead, account, PQL).
  • Hands-on AI and automation experience; eager to learn fast.
  • Strong knowledge of ABM, routing, SLA, and PLG concepts (PQLs).
  • Strong data models, attribution, funnel analytics, and operational reporting.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base pay range: $176,000 - $264,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include bonus, equity, and sign-on.
