- 15+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations for Marketing.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRMs, and stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, 6Sense).
- Proven architecting and scaling lifecycle management across GTM (lead, account, PQL).
- Hands-on AI and automation experience; eager to learn fast.
- Strong knowledge of ABM, routing, SLA, and PLG concepts (PQLs).
- Strong data models, attribution, funnel analytics, and operational reporting.

- Base pay range: $176,000 - $264,000 USD.
- Total compensation may include bonus, equity, and sign-on.
