  • Role Overview: Manage Paytm Travel relationships with RTCs and private bus operators.
  • Drive partnerships; ensure supply and regional revenue.
  • Onboard new operators and drive digital adoption of Paytm Travel tools.
  • Negotiate commissions and terms aligned with platform objectives.
  • Own revenue targets, load factors, and seat fill rates.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and resolve partner issues with support teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in bus ticketing, logistics, e-commerce, or B2C travel partnerships
  • Prior experience with RTCs or regional aggregators is a strong plus
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience
  • Data-savvy: dashboards, Excel, and BI tools
  • Deep understanding of regional travel patterns, fares, and operations
  • Excellent English and local language communication
