🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in direct sales and KAM of complex, high-tech solutions in Oil & Gas and Chemical.
  • Deep O&G ecosystem knowledge: operators, service companies, EPCs.
  • GCC procurement, vendor registration, and NOC governance knowledge preferred.
  • Category creation mindset; navigate ambiguity and create demand.
  • Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Technical aptitude in robotics within industrial automation (DCS, asset integrity, IIoT).
  • CRM-based sales discipline; pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong English communication; adaptable to global enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
