- Category creation mindset; navigate ambiguity and create demand.
- Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders and resolve issues.
- Technical aptitude in robotics within industrial automation (DCS, asset integrity, IIoT).
- CRM-based sales discipline; pipeline management and forecasting.
- Strong English communication; adaptable to global enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
