  • 4โ€“10 years in bus ticketing, logistics, e-commerce, or B2C travel partnerships.
  • Prior experience with state transport corporations or regional aggregators is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
  • Data savvy with dashboards, Excel, and BI tools to derive insights.
  • Deep understanding of regional travel patterns, fares, and operational intricacies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
