- 4โ10 years in bus ticketing, logistics, e-commerce, or B2C travel partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience
- Data-savvy: dashboards, Excel, BI tools
- Deep understanding of regional travel patterns, fares, and operations
- Excellent communication in English and the local regional language
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
