📋 Description

  • Manage Paytm Travel RTCs and private bus operators in your region.
  • Build partnerships, ensure supply, and own regional revenue and pricing.
  • Onboard new operators and drive digital adoption of Paytm Travel tools.
  • Negotiate commissions and commercial terms with operators.
  • Own revenue targets, load factors, and seat fill rates.
  • Benchmark fares and inventory; provide market insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–10 years in bus ticketing, logistics, e‑commerce, or B2C travel partnerships.
  • Prior experience with RTCs or regional aggregators is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
  • Data‑savvy; comfortable with dashboards, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of regional travel patterns, fares, and operations.
  • Excellent communication in English and the local regional language; willing to travel.
