📋 Description

  • Onboard new customers and deliver in-life service enhancements.
  • Lead customer requirement discovery and advise on best practices.
  • Configure GenesysCloud and integrate with third-party platforms.
  • Support operational readiness by training the customer's trainer, supporting UAT and defining go-live strategy.
  • Document and brief the service delivery team.
  • Early go-live support and transition to Kerv Experience’s Service Delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • Cloud-based SaaS CCaaS exposure (Genesys Cloud)
  • Awareness of contact centre fundamentals
  • Exposure to Genesys Cloud or CCaaS platforms
  • VoIP, TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls fundamentals
  • Clear, structured technical documentation (config notes, handover docs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
