🎯 Requirements
- Cloud-based SaaS CCaaS exposure (Genesys Cloud)
- Awareness of contact centre fundamentals
- Exposure to Genesys Cloud or CCaaS platforms
- VoIP, TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls fundamentals
- Clear, structured technical documentation (config notes, handover docs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
