- Hardware imaging and configuration (Apple and Windows).
- IT troubleshooting and user support (in-person and remote).
- Jira or other ticketing system experience (nice to have).
- Warehouse/logistics tech exposure, Zebra scanners (nice to have).
- IT asset management experience (nice to have).
