- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing projects in a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of social media landscape and digital environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Fluent English; additional proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
- Proven track record coordinating projects/campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Strong organizational/time management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup.
