Job Coach/Employment Specialist - IDD

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals with IDD in community work settings.
• Help individuals explore career interests, secure employment, and build skills.
• Monitor progress through documentation to support sustained success.
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for job inclusion and reasonable accommodations.
• Contribute to the community impact through meaningful work.

🎯 Requirements

• One year of experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
