🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years outside/field sales; SaaS or B2B enterprise.
  • Experience selling Benefits Administration, HR Technology, or employee engagement.
  • Proficient with Salesforce for activity and pipeline management.
  • Proven success selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
  • Partnership experience with brokers, carriers, and consultants.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to audiences.
