IT Engineer – Network

📋 Description

• Maintain patching, upgrades, and backups for all network devices.
• Provide global infrastructure support; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Create technical docs and runbooks to speed incident response.
• Review systems for effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Hybrid role; two in-office days weekly in Boston or Pittsburgh.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in IT networking.
• Able to work effectively with limited oversight.
• Experience with WAN/LAN/Firewall/Wireless; Cisco & Palo Alto.
• Knowledge of SNMP, BGP, LACP, 802.1q.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Ubuntu Server.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
