Position Summary:

InvoiceCloud is seeking a Product Marketing Launch Manager to orchestrate complex product releases and commercial launches end-to-end. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Product Marketing, ensuring every team understands what we’re releasing, why it matters, and how it helps customers overcome real challenges.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product execution, storytelling, and enablement—driving alignment on product readiness, communicating value, and closing the feedback loop between the market and internal teams. Your work will ensure InvoiceCloud delivers launches that are both strategically sound and customer-obsessed, helping organizations increase staff productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve digital engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive launch planning: Build and manage launch workback plans with clear owners, milestones, and deliverables across Product, Engineering, PMM, Go-to-Market teams, and Customer Success.
  • Align cross-functional teams: Ensure internal teams understand the “why” behind every release—customer problem, impact, and differentiation.
  • Establish launch readiness: Own the checklist for internal enablement, release notes, messaging, FAQs, and value articulation for each launch.
  • Voice of the customer: Curate customer feedback from pilots, win/loss analysis, and post-launch performance to inform roadmap and GTM messaging.
  • Translate complexity into clarity: Work with Product and Engineering to simplify technical updates into compelling, value-driven narratives.
  • Track impact: Measure launch effectiveness—adoption rates, engagement metrics, and customer outcomes—and translate insights into continuous improvement.
  • Support scalability: Develop repeatable launch playbooks that increase internal efficiency, improve staff productivity, and reduce operational friction across teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Total 13+ Years Experience
  • 5+ years in program management, product marketing, or product operations, within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional launches from scoping through go-to-market execution.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, align, and simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker who connects market insight and product delivery to customer outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or equivalent project management tools; familiarity with Pendo a plus.
  • Comfortable with structured feedback loops (e.g., win/loss, customer advisory boards, post-launch surveys).
  • Domain knowledge in payments, customer information systems, utilities, or insurance, preferred but not required.
