Approves and places orders with vendors for ingredients, paper goods, and equipment.
Maintains vendor relationships and negotiates pricing.
Analyzes stock levels and maintains inventory.
Performs cycle counts and follows up on POs for delivery.
Sets up new vendors and resolves receiving/issuing errors.
Maintains vendor records with pricing and descriptions.

🎯 Requirements

Proven working experience in the food service industry.
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
Excellent communication.
Sound knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration (preferred).
