Intern - Lab/TAC Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Learn routing and switching with Extreme Networks switches.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot networks in Services Lab Ops.
• Work in Morrisville, NC with guidance from the lab manager.
• Set up networking equipment for Technical Support Engineers.
• Partner with TSEs to replicate customer network issues.
• Prepare to become a Technical Support or Network Engineer.

• Passion for learning technology and solving problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic networking knowledge: Ethernet, TCP/IP, OSI model.
• Experience in a service-oriented position.
• Can work independently with others or collaboratively.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer or networking field.
