- Provide mid- and end-of-campaign updates and post-campaign case studies.
- Travel to meet clients when needed (e.g., Milan, Paris, London).
🎯 Requirements
- Mid-level professional with client-facing/account management in ecommerce/advertising.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks across many clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with understanding of ROAS, CTR and ecommerce data.
- Customer-service oriented, proactive, and focused on client results.
- Clear, adaptable communicator; tailors language for global audiences.
- Experience in ecommerce or digital/retail media advertising is advantageous.
