📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end relationship for booked campaigns across your client patch.
  • Lead campaign kick-offs with clients; translate bookings into activation plans.
  • Onboard advertisers; explain campaign setup and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with AdOps to optimize campaigns and address underperformance.
  • Provide mid- and end-of-campaign updates and post-campaign case studies.
  • Travel to meet clients when needed (e.g., Milan, Paris, London).

🎯 Requirements

  • Mid-level professional with client-facing/account management in ecommerce/advertising.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks across many clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with understanding of ROAS, CTR and ecommerce data.
  • Customer-service oriented, proactive, and focused on client results.
  • Clear, adaptable communicator; tailors language for global audiences.
  • Experience in ecommerce or digital/retail media advertising is advantageous.
