📋 Description

• Educate patients and caregivers on application and enrollment.
• Work with the Patient's Case Manager and other teams to speed enrollment.
• Ensure a seamless enrollment for AFC program.
• Initial contact for prospective clients, caregivers, or enrollees.
• Manage a high open caseload through completion.
• Meet monthly enrollment targets and deliver excellent service.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
• Motivated to exceed open case targets and metrics.
• Poise and patience when dealing with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; resolve issues by phone.
• Computer proficiency; strong typing; ability to use multiple systems.
• High empathy and collaborative team player; detail oriented; time management.
