Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the GM is absent.
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for hourly hires.
• Assist ordering, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Enforce standards for baking, uniform, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff.
• POS (Point of Sale) systems experience.
• Ability to use MS Office, Word and an Applicant Tracking System.
• Available to work 4–5 days with 1–2 late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
