- Configure and maintain Zuora Billing including catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing.
- Ensure Salesforce integrations and related workflows are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering on lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end order-to-revenue issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Build Zuora workflows, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations, including data migration.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow governance and compliance standards.
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year hands-on experience configuring and supporting Zuora Billing in production.
- Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API.
- Experience with quote-to-cash and systems like Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, or RevPro.
- Conduct demos and design walkthroughs with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of core finance and accounting processes (Order to Cash, Record to Report).
