- Configure and maintain Zuora Billing (product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions).
- Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering on the subscription and revenue lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot order-to-revenue issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Build and maintain Zuora workflows, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure changes meet governance and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing configuration and production support.
- Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API.
- Experience in writing solution documents, POCs, and issue analysis.
- Experience with quote-to-cash and financial systems (Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, RevPro).
- Conducting demos and design walkthroughs with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of O2C and Record to Report processes.
- Nice to have: Zuora Revenue, Salesforce CPQ, Mulesoft; data migration.
