  • Own the full creator partnerships cycle from sourcing to close.
  • Identify and approach best-fit creators on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contracts with creators/agencies.
  • Brief creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, on-brand delivery.
  • Track campaign KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS) and iterate quickly.
  • Maintain and scale a structured creator database; collaborate with teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–4 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats and trends.
  • Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies.
  • Data-driven; you know metrics and use them to decide.
  • Strong communicator in German and English.
  • High ownership mentality; you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Bonus: experience with creator tools like Modash, Grin, or similar.
