- Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies.
- Data-driven; you know metrics and use them to decide.
- Strong communicator in German and English.
- High ownership mentality; you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Bonus: experience with creator tools like Modash, Grin, or similar.
