- Lead and manage Flight Attendants at assigned crew domicile(s).
- Coach and develop staff; conduct observation flights and ramp checks.
- Conduct fact-finding and grievance meetings; hire/terminate attendants.
- Promote safety and regulatory compliance; maintain employment records.
- Manage day-to-day inflight ops; respond to irregular operations; support on-time performance.
- Execute operational plans; evenings, weekends, holidays.
π― Requirements
- Authorized to work in US; pass background check.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year as Flight Attendant; 2+ years managing people; 1+ year union environment.
- Valid/Unexpired Passport Book and Driver's License.
- Must pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training; FARs knowledge; MS Office; travel willingness.
- Strong English communication; confidentiality.
