  • Lead and manage Flight Attendants at assigned crew domicile(s).
  • Coach and develop staff; conduct observation flights and ramp checks.
  • Conduct fact-finding and grievance meetings; hire/terminate attendants.
  • Promote safety and regulatory compliance; maintain employment records.
  • Manage day-to-day inflight ops; respond to irregular operations; support on-time performance.
  • Execute operational plans; evenings, weekends, holidays.

🎯 Requirements

  • Authorized to work in US; pass background check.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year as Flight Attendant; 2+ years managing people; 1+ year union environment.
  • Valid/Unexpired Passport Book and Driver's License.
  • Must pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training; FARs knowledge; MS Office; travel willingness.
  • Strong English communication; confidentiality.
