Make decisions with government bodies for permits and right-of-way (CITOM, MMDA, DPWH)
Supervise installation, maintenance, and fault rectification of fiber optics on-site
Lead teams to install, test, and document fiber optic/network equipment
Ensure fiber enclosures are in correct locations
Coordinate with customers, site owners, and management to meet timelines
Enforce safety standards and PPE, and lead on-site QA

Experience leading on-site fiber optic installations and network projects
Strong team leadership, mentoring, and training skills
Ability to manage project documentation and QA reports
Familiarity with safety regulations, PPE, and on-site safety practices
Willingness to join a 24/7 on-call roster
