Lead generation and amplification of existing accounts to meet objectives.
Define and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
Understand client requirements, brief the creative teams, and pitch marketing strategies.
Sell online and traditional ad space across all of Hypebeast's media properties.
Manage ad campaigns, build proposals, and tailor ideas for clients.
Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to manage campaigns end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in advertising or account servicing, preferably in a creative agency or media.
Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).
Active clientele in fashion and retail is a plus.
Strong presenter to explain complex web advertising ideas to clients.
Strong negotiation and PR skills.
Experience with project management and high-level client relationships.
